“Help me change city ordnances in Charlestown, Indiana”

Hello fellow Chicken loving people "peeps!"

I need help on getting some ordnances updated and/or changed…and I don’t know where to start. We live in Charlestown, Indiana

I received a notice that I’m in violation of city ordnance because I keep a small flock in my back yard. Three of my other neighbors also received the same notice.

Does anyone have ideas or steps/procedures on getting city ordnances changed or updated?? .
