I actually want to be able to build a temporary cooler just for the same purpose. Was thinking 2” rigid foam with a window A/C unit but not sure how it would do.
Trying to come up with a plan

Buy the kits for an 8x8 using a cool bot to control the a/c it’s so much simpler and not much difference in cost we did it the hard way with up to 6” layered styrofoam in some areas
