Well, she is not just any color, auracanaus do not breed true to one color, so there is no specific color.

Oh, I beg to differ... Araucana are a recognized breed, with a standard of perfection to follow. There are 5 recognized colors: Black, White, Silver Duckwing, Gold Duckwing and Black Breasted Red.
