I have seven chicks out! The eighth is pipped and working on it. It's the all-white egg.

How Do you deal with curled toe?

It depends on how bad it is. Some straighten out on their own in 24 -48 hours. Ones that don't but aren't too bad can be fixed with tape and card stock shoes. Really bad ones have to be culled. I've had all three. The ones that had to be culled or fixed with shoes happened during my first two hatches when I had the humidity up around 50-60%.

I had to shoe one. Correction, I had Duckling shoe it. Quail feet are crazy tiny!
