Irish Wolfhound maybe?

I would LOVE a wolfie, but they don't live long enough for me. I generally do rescues, so my next dog will likely be a mix. I like really big and/or really small dogs, but Crazy Dog can get food aggressive with goodies. A big dog will hurt her and she's nearly killed my little dog twice., so I guess there wont be any more pups at my house until DD and CD move out.
She (the dog, not the Daughter) is a food thief ... and that's when she gets possessive. We're working on/through it, but zheesh, is tough! And I wanted to stick with rescues, why?
