These were at my grandparents house. We always count how many deer we see when we go there.
We joke about just going out and chootin em.
Some good sized bucks and does. They looked yummy

We did a round of grind yesterday.....but mr muddy told me to do 30% fat instead of 20% .....ooopsie! 10# packaged and in the freezer. Still have 13# frozen to grind later for either sausages or more ground. I still have plenty of pork fat but used the remainder of beef.

Sorry y’all don’t worry, no dead chickens or Mareks or anything this time although I’m dying from laughing so hard at y’all.

But yes the towels were for the crate because I didn’t want to use our good ones for it and also wanted them to be comfortable in there. I had 3 of my older girls inside. At first I just had the one but they all refused to eat or move when I separated them

They’re all back outside now though as of yesterday. They just had some things that I didn’t wanted getting infected out there so brought in to be treat. They seem to be better now but still not 100% but they needed to go back out.
