I have one like that. Lost it several years ago, I forget when exactly, and I have another one that hasn’t come out yet. Not sure if it ever will or

My dad has the same thing. We both have two baby teeth that do not have any adult teeth under them and never fell out. But like I mentioned the one did finally fall fall out several years ago. Other is still holding on for dear life.
