What is a vitamin level check? different than blood work? Cause he usually always checks the other stuff/does blood work every year anyway. And I haven’t really been taking any vitamins anymore lately anyway I think I’m gonna ask about my BP and thyroid too.

Taking draw your blood and check all of your vitamin levels from it.
It is different from the cholesterol blood check.
