There are two cats across the street that someone abandoned, I've been feeding them too.

It depends on how long you feed them.

Over on Third street a resident(crazy cat lady?) fed a couple of cats for more than 30 years...that became a cat colony...and became a problem

Does letting your feed-filled hand get mobbed by three half-grown guinea keets and five half-grown standard-sized chicks qualify as a "sin?" My poor hand probably thinks so.
