Thing is Dad would toss me in the air, I was riding at 5 alone... no one cared it was farm life
I could use a skill saw or a chop saw even had been taught the drill press there was a stool I would stand on Dad was out there I did as I was asked should he have been shot I would have stood in front of him to protect him

Back then common sense was common. Nowadays I wouldn't trust too many to do any of that with their kids. I remember being 7 and having better sense than a lot of parents today.
