Ahhh what is she? me and my bud she is our postmistress He, hubby brings us our fire wood go through about 4 cords a year but gave her 2 speckled we bought a bunch together she lost one on is cockerel so gave her 2 pullets but think she did not tell him

Yes, sometimes it's easier to not tell the men folk and just pretend you had no idea where the new chicken came from... or that it even existed. A new chicken? Nooo. That chicken has been here forever.

Understand that I am fortunate BF loves the cochins but mine are giant cochin I have 4 silky my only bantams I have one customer that want them to pickle and they are great breathing incubators
