1 Chicken being bullied by all of the others

I have a white chicken that all of the other chickens peck at. The ring leader is a black chicken that gets whatever it wants. What do I do to stop it?

Chicken society and the pecking order very frequently is unpleasant. Bigger, stronger chickens pick on smaller, weaker, sicker chickens - it's just the way they are. Sometimes removing the dominant hen (the black hen in your case) from the flock for a period of time - a week or better - will help to remove her from the dominant position. Other than that providing multiple feeding and watering stations and places to hide can help those at the bottom of the pecking order.
