It seems that my chick's vent has prolapsed. She hasn't eaten or drank anything since she hatched, she has just been staying under her mother.
What should we do? (I'll attach some photos) Thanks

Separate, no food, water with electrolytes - if you are brave antibiotic ointment (no pain killers) and push it back in. Otherwise, I have read ointment and a bandaid, and have also read about using Preparation H.
Do not all it back with other unless healed.

How will it poop if I put a bandaid? Also am I in a rush to fix this? Is it hurting the chick?

Is it the vent -- i.e. the area immediately beneath it's tail, or more in the navel area? I can't tell from your photos.

If its the vent, I haven't dealt with that situation and am not sure what to advise.

If it's the navel area, you are probably looking what is often called an "open navel" and the last bit of yolk sack, that failed to absorb totally. If that is the case, I would clean the area very gently with warm water, using a cotton ball or q-tip and smear a little neosporin (the kind withOUT painkillers) on it. Don't try to push it in. Chances are it will dry up and eventually all off. At least, that's what happened when I had one hatch this way.

Ideally, I would separate her for a day or two to prevent other chicks from pecking at it until it dries up. But the broody might reject it by then, so depending on how interested/able you are to brood one lone chick, you could chance putting her back under and check periodically to make sure it's not getting pecked.

Agreed.
