Im new to the whole owning chickens thing and i just bought my chicks 3 days ago. They are 1 week old today I've noticed that a couple of them have had diarrhea. It's lighter brown. Is this normal? I also changed there food from what they were originally eating could this also be a factor?

Younger chicks can have looser droppings, which tend to be a light brown, the same color as the food usually. If you switch feeds you should mix the two together to lessen digestive upsets. It should stop in a few days. If you see any blood in the droppings they could have coccidiosis and would require treatment.
