1 year old Orpington with runny yellow poop

My 1 year old Oprington hen was accidentally locked out of the coop last night. My husband found her out this morning with a sticky yellow behind. She was sort of lethargic and sat all morning. He put her near the water and food but she didn't eat but did drink. When I got home from work I tried to get her to eat but she only moved away from me. She did drink water. I tried giving her yogurt with honey but she didn't want it. We put vinegar in her water. She can walk but sits after awhile. What can I do?
