10 week old chick has been sick for a month

This is going to sound crazy, but on March 31 I bought 6-6 week old barred rock chicks. 1 week later one randomly died and I noticed watery eyes and beak. The next day number 2 was down with a 3rd looking pretty bad. So I isolated her and disinfected everything. I ended up losing one more, but the one I isolated is still alive! That has been almost a month ago now. It is weak and doesn't do much, but it eats and drinks etc. But it's eyes are always shut and crusty sometimes and it's just very weak. I've got probiotics apple cider vinegar and garlic in the water and green tea, oregano and cinnamon in its feed. What could this be and is it worth all of this time and effort? I Don't want to harm the rest of my flock or potential new flock members.
