10 weeks old Are these the saddle feathers ?

10 weeks old, EE . are the feathers I have circled the saddle feathers? I’ve know this guy was a cockerel since about 4 weeks due to very rlast d comb, but I want to be able to identify saddle feathers when making guesses about the rest of my unknowns. Thank you!

Saddle feathering is at the base of the tail on the back, I don't see hackle (neck) feathering. Although the tail looks to be cockerel and the red on the wing but thinking it maybe a mix ... The EEs I've seen have pea combs, yours looks to be single? Feet/legs colors for EE are tinted, yours has yellow to it. I maybe wrong, waiting to see what others have to say ....

I think 10 weeks is too young for saddle feathers to be evident for a rooster.

I'm not sure what is going on with those feathers, actually, but they look a little too far back on the tail to be saddle feathers. It is 100% an Easter egger cockerel, though.
