100 dozen!

Hey friends! I started labeling my eggs with incremental numbers mostly to keep track of freshness. But then it became pretty exciting to see how many eggs my 13 girls had laid. I will probably continue it for both reasons.

Our first egg was laid back on August 23 and now we have hit 100 dozen!

So exciting! It will be interesting if it takes the same amount of time to get to 200 or if it’s quicker or slower. Here’s a pic of my first egg and my 100th dozen!!! How many eggs have your chickens laid?

WOW!!!!!!!!!! The most eggs my chickens have ever layed was 119!
When I bringing in 30 eggs from my coop I counted to see how much I had and it was 119!!!

How many eggs have your chickens laid?

I record eggs gathered daily..among other things.
From Sept 2013 to yesterday...12328 eggs or 1027 dozen.

I don't think they were all stored. I believe what the poster is saying is that is how many eggs their chickens have layed total.

WOW!!!!!!!!!! The most eggs my chickens have ever layed was 119!

It’s my overall total since they started laying! The most i ever get in a day is 12! It’s quite exciting though!!

That’s just my running total! Just tracking how productive we are here for something fun to do. I only ever have about 7 dozen at a time.
