Hi guys, I have 12 leghorns, all started laying in first two weeks of sept.
I collect four to five eggs a day, some lucky day I will collect 7.

Is this normal, or I am doing some thing wrong.

They are in a pen, 10 by 20 feet, permanent water supply, and feeding they layer scratch.

Any suggestion.

If you are sure they are all laying they may just not be laying every day... sort of taking turns, mine have slowed a lot too with fall getting here and one even stopped already, when the days get shorter they tend to lay less or even not at all. since they just started laying you could try supplemental lighting before they all stop, they really need 14 to 16 hrs a day of daylight if you want them to continue through the winter but even that's not full-proof. It could also be other things like if they were moved to a new area or a new chicken or chickens were introduced it could cause stress which could also slow their laying down or stop it.
