12 week old Blue Jersey Giant. Pullet or Cockrel????

I am new to Jersey Giants. This 1 in throwing me for a loop. I think its a pullet. It doesn't have a huge comb or wattles. But the tail is quit confusing. The tail is quit different than the 2 others. They are starting to loose baby featers now.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah this baby has had me confused for 6 weeks now. No crowing yet but has a very deep weird chirp. Which I don't think would matter. Very assertive in stance and actions.

Either way he or she has a home here.
