Sorry the photo is blurry. This is my 12 week old silkie. I'm thinking it is a Blue Splash roo? Do you think I'm right? If he is a boy he hasn't crowed yet [IMG]

He does seem to have a rooish comb. He doesn't really look splash in the pic though...more like blue.

Without seeing the body and the rest of his feather coloration, i will say Blue Rooster.

Excellent! [IMG] I had wanted a Blue but the difference between my two silkies' colors is quite a lot. They were supposed to be both blue but the little pullet is dark, almost looks like black charcoal. It honestly doesn't matter what color they are, I have fallen in love with the breed! So sweet [IMG]

Hey everybody! You were right, he's Blue Silkie cockeral (17 weeks old today). When the coop light came on at 4:30am, this morning, I heard a noise. It sounded like an owl with a sore throat. [IMG] I was not able to tell who it was until just now when I let them outside. He proudly performed his new talent for me. What a hoot! [IMG] (the pun was intended)

You guys are awsome! Thanks for all of your help!!
