12 Week Old Chicks With Bubbly White Poop.

I have five, twelve week old chicks. They are on starter/ grower feed. It has bits of cracked corn and they have grit mixed in with it. They are free ranged every day, and occasionally get meal worms. Recently they have been having liquidy brown poop with white bubbly pee (I think). I am concerned and hope it is nothing serious. I will be able to get pictures of the droppings in the morning. Has any one else had this problem? If so please give me some advice.

Thank you for replying. No I do not, but I will be getting some tomorrow. I understand it prevents or treats coccidiosis. What do you recommend the liquid or powder solution? And how much should I give to them? Should I still give it to them if I am not sure if it is truly coccidiosis?
