I've got 4 chicks that I'm not sure of; all look like pullets to me except #3, but the head shot came out blurry. Sorry! Anyhow, I've got a side shot & head shot of each one. Please let me know your thoughts. Thans so much for your feedback!

I think they look like pullets to me. Very beautiful birds.

I agree that #3 is a cockerel. Not sure on that last one-it has one of those in-between combs.

I still think #3 could be a pullet. I have an EE who looked a lot like yours and had the very same looking comb. It even had a slight pink hue to it. She is now 5 Months and looks just the same. The comb is still no bigger or redder. She has a hen shape with pointy tail feathers (a roo trait). From everything we can tell she is definately a hen or an extremely slow growing roo. LOL.

At 12 weeks our EE roo had a very bright red face and the pullets all had pink faces like yours.

    I vote all pullets!

Quote:I vote all pullets too. My EE roo had a very large and pink comb (seemed like overnight too!) at 8 weeks then starting crowing. Good luck with them, they are beautiful. They look like my Joey (for Josephine) that I gave to Hollybird with Corey the roo.
