OOO Please tell me my little 12 week old CocoPuff is not a Roo??!!!

On the smaller side out of the rest , fro is looking rounder , but is that wattles starting to grow? Or can this baby still be a hen?!?!?

There's different shades, & Variations of partridge. Mine came from SOP, Breeder lines.

Someone was telling me it’s like a Moorhead partridge , never heard of that but anyways I love her color!
