12 week old pheasant gender, HELP!

I got 3 ringneck pheasants I want to know what sex they are so I dont have 2 males to one female, First picture is definitely a male, i dont know if the other 2 are females or just slow at maturing, one of them has a little bit of skin around the eyes, but not alot

I'd say the second 2 are female, but I'm not expert. @007Seanwant to help out?
