I picked up a golden wyandotte from the farm today. When I first talked with the lady last week I thought she said the birds are 16 weeks old but when I picked her up today she said they were 12 weeks old. I didn't pick up any different kind of feed since I figured the chickens will be 17 weeks this week.
Do I need to get a different kind of feed other then the layer that I have for my older hens or can she eat the same feed?
