1202 vs 1502 vs 1500??

Ok, here I am decided to purchase a gqf incubator and i need to make a decision.

1. Whats better than 1202 or the 1502, and what are the differences?

2. Whats better than 1502 or the 1500, and what are the differences?

3. Is it better to get the 1500 with a separate small hatcher, or stick to the 1502?

I have the 1500 with electronic (not digital, though) thermostat. It is an older model about 4 years old, but it is superb, hold temp right on the tenth of a degree, where you set it and within 2 tenths if you have wide temperature fluctuations on the exterior.
