13 week and 8 week old Silkies what’s your guess?

I have 2 White silkies that are 13 weeks old and an 8 week old buff mix that I would like some opinions on. The buff looks like it may be a rooster to me, but I’m still stumped on the 13 week olds!! I greatly appreciate any opinions!!

Still may be a bit early, but I believe 3 is a cockerel and 1 and 2 are pullets.
Number 1 has a single comb and yes there is some wattle formation, though with a single combed bird you would expect both the comb and the wattles to be much bigger at this age if it were male.
I could still be wrong though!

Looks like the 2 white ones are pullets and the buff is a cockerel.
