13 week bantam Cochin hen or roo

Is my 13 week old bantam Cochin "frizzle" a Wilma or William? Hen or roo? I was sure she was a hen but I swear she was trying to crow this morning. My other bantam cohchin has had red comb and wattle since 4 weeks.

At 13 weeks, I think you have a Wilma.

She was the one I was positive was a girl. She is also crazy friendly. But her mini crow got me. She is the first of all the chickens to make more than a little cluck.
