Do polish hens have waddles? Can someone help me?

They may have very small ones and some don't have any.

If the polish is bearded, you more in-likely wont see the wattles on the hens, maybe on the roosters. Your polish is not bearded so you would see wattles on both the hens and roosters. I am pretty sure you have a pretty rooster there.

rooster, based on the lacing pattern, hens have even lacing all over. Hens also have a rounded ball crest, and rooster's are spikey

Young roosters, you can see their pointed saddle(back) and hackle(neck) and crest feathers
