Hi all, I believe my chicks are now about 13 weeks old! I got them from a local feed store, they were all mixed up. They seem to be mostly Wyandottes? Is the whiter one a roo? Any ideas on the multi-colored chick? Thanks!!

Can you get clear pictures of the possible cockerel and the multi-colored bird? Preferably standing in a natural position, from the side, without any wire in the way?
Yes, sorry I'm a terrible camera-person, and they won't stay still!
Hopefully these are a little better!
Take a good look at the saddle feathers just in front of the tail. Put your hand or a piece of paper under them so you can see the true shape. These are my 12-week-old Australorp crosses. The blue boy's saddles were obvious, but the black one's saddles couldn't be seen so easily.
the first one looks like a Barnevelder to meHi all, I believe my chicks are now about 13 weeks old! I got them from a local feed store, they were all mixed up. They seem to be mostly Wyandottes? Is the whiter one a roo? Any ideas on the multi-colored chick? Thanks!!
That isn't a Barnevelder in your photo. It is a gold spangled Hamburg. Barnies do not have white earlobes, slate legs or rose combs.the first one looks like a Barnevelder to me
the photo is of a Barnevelder hen
