14 week mixed breed, thought was a pullet now not sure!

Totally thought this was a pullet but is this a rooster tail? It has absolutely no comb... help!

Really hard to see in the photo, but it looks like that is rounded feathers rather than spikes in the saddle.

I have had plenty of hens with some funk in the tail feathers, and most roo's have substantial comb by 14 weeks, and this has hardly any at all.

So I think pullet.

Do you know the breeds involved? That can also help determine how things are adding up.

Yeah the father was a black opington cross roe .. and the mother was either a red shaver or arucarna
