15 Week Old Chicken....Pullet or Rooster?

I am new at this! Is this chicken a Pullet or Rooster? Here are some facts about the chicken: 15 weeks old Rhode Island Red mix.
So far: Why I think it could be hen: Not very large waffle or comb for 15 weeks old, not crowing yet, not showing signs of Rooster behavior (protecting, mating), no tall stance
Why i think it could be a rooster: Color of waffle and comb, some shiny feathers

There is not a shred of doubt. That is a male--shiny saddle feathers hanging over the side are never seen on a hen.
