    If she has only completely black feathers, black featherless legs, super dark eyes, and a single comb she is an australorp.

    She looks like a hen to me. :) I'm not seeing any pointed saddle or hackle feathers.

    I am trying to figure out if this a hen. Her comb is so much bigger than the other 3 that I have. I am not seeing any saddle feathers and it's not crowing but that comb has me worried. Any input would be appreciated. Here is another pic[​IMG][​IMG]

    That's a pullet. She's getting close to point of lay. Your other girls will soon follow suit, and you'll have nice big brown eggs [​IMG]
