16 Week Old Gender?

    I hatched Ebony out 12/13/14. I posted about Ebony a few months ago... Now Ebony is 15 weeks, no crowing or anything! I think he is a jersey giant black star cross...[​IMG]
    Before you click the 'spoiler' to see more pictures, just from this picture when gender does Ebony look like. Looks like a 15 week old pullet to me...

    Then seeing these pictures... Hmm... Thinking rooster. All pictures where taken today, I can get more if needed.

    I just want fertile eggs! :fl

    Haa haaa...yes with that comb you think pullet at 15 weeks, but those are saddle feathers coming in and definitely patchwork coloring of a roo.

    I think you've got a nice roo there. JG's grow slower than most breeds which is probably why the comb isn't telecasting like you'd think.
