16 week old Maran cuckoo pullet or cockerel

The one behind the bird in question looks like a cuckoo marans though. Or is the lighting just making the leg color look pink/white?

She's got white feet for sure.

The first one is probably a cuckoo Marans, and the second a barred Rock. The first one looks pretty similar to one of my cuckoo Marans pullets, Shadow.
