17-week old Charmer - Sex and Breed

I was pretty sure that I knew, but am second-guessing myself. So would love to hear everyone's first impressions: sex and breed. Got my birds straight run from Rural King (Hoover's Hatchery). Thank you.

At 17 weeks it shows no male feathering, so it is a pullet. It is probably some type of Easter egger. Very pretty.

I am not sure about breed, although certainly could be an EE of some sort.
But she is a stunning pullet!
