    Hi,
I have an Ameraucana that I've thought was a hen ... but now I'm not so sure if she really is a girl. What do you guys think? Thanks!!!

Looks like a hen/pullet to me, one who is ready to start laying!

Quote:I sure hope so!!! The darker feathers on her back are what were making me question her gender, I was afraid they were saddle feathers. In person her comb is not so red ... esp compared to my serama rooster who has a bright red comb.

Thats a roo 100%, hens don't get THAT defined of a wide 3 row peacomb, yes in hens combs will go nice and red but I never had an ameraucana hen with such a wide well defined 3 row comb.
