18 week old RIR

I know this has been asked before but i cant seem to find any thing about it. when will that start laying eggs there are RIR and 18 weeks old. I guess I just in a hurry to start getting eggs is all.

I've got some 27 week old RIRs that have not begun to lay yet. This time of year, it's hit & miss; because the daylight is less and less, they MAY wait until spring.
