18 Week Old Silkie- just now growing streamers!? Help!

Hi guys! The last month, my silkie has seemed very feminine with a full round crest. She now has what seem like may be streamer feathers that just barely grew!? Her crest is still round but now there’s some longer feathers in the back! Still hardly any comb tho.. HELP! Is this just new growth on her crest or is she a he now? The first pic is what she looks like head on. Just a puffy round head of fluff.
