    These are RIR and BR roo's. Do you think the meat will be to tough at this age?

    We find 19 weeks is the best time for processing our duals...

    Ya I agree, you're good to go. Just make sure to cook them slow and their flavors will come through. The only time I cook them fast is when I fry them. They fry up much better than a CX because the meat is not so thick.
