2- 3 week old eggs in refridge were watery and green when cooked a doz

    cooked a dozen at a time and they were watery green and smelled what could cause this never had this happen before.

    How did you cook them? Were they hard boiled?

    Quote:the guy i sold them to i think scrammbled them. im thinking maybe a couple eggs might have been bad and when he cooked them all together he said they were green and watery. iv never had a problem with any of my other egg customers.

    Do you wash them before refrigerating them? Don't know if that would cut short the shelf life.
