2 bantams, but what breed?

I got these 2 little ones from the assorted bantams bin at my local tractor supply but not sure what they are! The spotted one has non-feathered feet.

The black one is a Cochin. I'm not too sure about the other one, but it looks a lot like the mottled Japanese bantams I picked up and Tractor Supply last year. Hopefully someone else will know
