2 banties 3 weeks old HEN or Rooters??

Hello and Thank you! I hoping on hens,LOL! They are a tag over 3 weeks old and if more pics are needed no problem I'll put up more..

Looks like and old english and golden seabright.
Hard to tell with the seabright since the roos are hen feathered.
Other looks like a pullet
