2 Buff orpington hens 'crowing'

    Hi backyard chicken board. This is my 2nd year raising chickens, and I thought I wouldn't have any questions, but really I need some experienced chicken help.

    The 3 month mark is right at the point I start to get nervous, because of behavioral changes.

    This looks like a rooster.

    Hens *can* crow if dominant, but the above picture is a Cockerel.

    This is what I suspected bc of the size of her wattles. She's also the biggest buff I've seen.

    'She' started an aggressive sharp peck at the back of other buff yesterday evening.

    I think it will be nice to have him and I will take lots of photos.

    We shall see if I receive a fine. Then Ill give him away.

    I have two of them, they are big pretty boys, one is two the other is four, they are loud crowers.
