Hey there!
Looking to raise 2 chickens in my urban backyard in San Francisco. I would like two different breeds that will get along together well. I am looking for good egg layers, friendly birds - and if they were cute or funky looking that would be a plus, but it's not necessary.
Any advice on which two breeds I should start with as a beginner? Also, my backyard won't get very cold, but often shaded, if that makes a difference.
Thanks for your help!
