2 cockerels - 1 Spangled OEGB? And 1 mix?

We've got 2 bantam cockerels that are similar in colors, but 1 has a small crest. These boys came from Tractor Supply. The first one is about 4 months old, and I'm guessing is a Spangled OEGB. Anyone agree or disagree?

The 2nd one is about 3 weeks younger. Is he likely an OEGB crossed with something that addled his little crest? Or is he something different? I've added extra pics of him to maybe help.
