2 day old chick leg problem

I’ve a chick that’s 48 hours old and still cannot stand, his legs are perfectly underneath him but he doesn’t seem to have the strength to stand he moves his legs up and down in an attempt but that’s about it, he can sit up with his head perfectly up but cannot get up off his hocks has plenty of fight in him though, any ideas if it’s splayed leg or something else?
