2 Day Old Duckling Choking and Foaming - HELP!!

We have a 2 day old duckling that appears to be choking on food. It happened about an hour ago. Have been massaging his neck, tried olive oil, and dipping his beak in warm water. Any other suggestions?! Thanks!
 
Generally, the advice for a choking duck is to hold the neck out straight, and help get the blockage out - I think it said (cannot find my book) small diameter flex tubing, or an unsharpened pencil with an eraser could be used.
