2 girls and have fertile eggs

when i put the egg in the cup the spot on the egg was white circle with a little one in the middle will it hatch

If they really are two hens, then the egg is not fertile and will not hatch. Either you have a roo in disguise or the egg is really not fertile. You could take a pic of the yolk so we could check it out for you, though it's a bit tricky sometimes due to the glare you get off the egg.
